CHARLES ROSS

Charles Ross is the owner and artist of Iron Giant Metal Art and Fabrications. He started his venture into the world of metal artwork as a child when his father first taught him to weld in the shop beneath their house. Since then he has taken his welding knowledge and grown it into a career taking old discarded or forgotten metal and wood materials and turning them into fascinating pieces of artwork.

Today Charlie continues to create various and fantastic reclaimed creations in-between working as an environmental scientist and his studies in biogeochemistry. He is currently located in Anchorage, Alaska where he continues to pursue his scientific career.
